Our General Policy

• All lessons are subject to availability and must be booked 48 hours in advance
• Cooking classes are held in English or Italian and can accommodate from a minimum of 2 to a maximum of 6/8 people depending on the lesson
• The lessons last about 3 hours.
• Classes take place daily in two time slots: 10h-13h and 17h-20h 
• Ingredients and drinks (water and coffee) are included in the lesson
• Children over 8 years old, supervised, are welcome! Contact us to receive our suggestions on menus designed especially for the little ones.
• If you have allergies, intolerances or special food sensitivity, please be sure to inform us of all your needs before booking, so that we can contact you and discuss your needs in more depth

Cancellation policy

• 50% non refundable deposit is required to confirm the booking
• The remaining balance is due 7 days before the date of the Experience 
• Cancellations made within 76 hours  of the class will be eligible for a 50% refund 

Further Information 

• Bottled water and Italian coffee are served during class.
• We will use equipment and ingredients that you may not have access to at home  
• All students will be given a copy of the recipes prepared in class
• There is wi-fi connection available at the home

• Everything not described as included
• Alcoholic beverages are only available for those over 18 years old
• Please note public transportation is very close to our address
• Not wheelchair accessible
• Not suitable for pets
• Child seats are not available
